Returns (right of withdrawal) – Consumers

It may happen that when you have received the product, you have changed your mind. In this case, the consumer has 14 calendar days to cancel the order. After the cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. Registering your return can be done via e-mail, by contacting us by telephone or use Model Form_for_revocation(PDF).

Please state the product, the article number, the order number and the reason for the return via e-mail or telephone. After this contact, return the product at your own expense.

Returns are only possible:

  • In the original packaging
  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • Provided with the packing slip of the product

Attention:
Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Hygienic products cannot be returned after opening the packaging.

When these conditions are met, and you actually return the product, you will receive the amount you paid back to your account within 14 days. Only the costs of returning the product from your home to us are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 6.95 per package, please consult the carrier’s website for exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, you can contact us by e-mail. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Returns – Companies

If you order as a business customer, you cannot legally claim the right of withdrawal.

Should you wish to return a product because it does not meet your requirements, please contact us by e-mail within 2 months. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it may happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens, so that you can make a warranty claim. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within 2 months after the defect has been discovered. If the defect is covered by the guarantee, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
