Of course we will do our best for you. If you do have a complaint, we would appreciate it if you would report it to us by e-mail or by calling +31 (0)597 453 843. Please take our opening hours into account:
Monday to Thursday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.
We aim to provide you with a response within 5 working days.
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
